wonderful new year's getaway

amazing staffearly check-inprofessional stafflong walk
the reception staff were really nice allowing us early check-in (it was new year's day). every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional and eager to assist. the spa area and swimming pool were good and a delight to use. i will definitely be back.
the walk to the room was long (but worth it for the quiet location). i hope they can improve the signage in the future.

I found the staff cute. Service seemed like that of a high-end hotel. fast charging stations are available for electric cars. the pool and other facilities are in good condition.

The room was quite very comfy and tidy. Facilities provided were great. staff members at reception were warm and lovely. They allowed us to store our bags. the pool, steam room and sauna were great, with towels provided. we also enjoyed starbucks, the bar and restaurant located in the hotel. but the food was bad.

the staff was very helpful upon arrival. they allowed me to store my bags since i arrived early. the pool, steam room and sauna are excellent and towels are provided which is very useful. starbucks and the bar in the hotel were convenient for quick refreshments.
my room did lack air conditioning, a bit uncomfortable.
