wonderful new year's getaway
amazing staff early check-in professional staff
the reception staff were pretty good allowing us early check-in (it was new year's day). every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional and eager to assist. the spa area and swimming pool were good and a delight to use. i will definitely be back.
the walk to the room was long (but worth it for the quiet location). i hope they can improve the signage in the future.

breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection of items (i especially loved the fresh pastries). the restaurant service was commendable, with staff accommodating menu adjustments for allergies and dietary needs. i recommend it.

I found the staff cute. Service seemed like that of a high-end hotel. fast charging stations are available for electric cars. the pool and other facilities are in good condition.
The restaurant's food quality was inconsistent. My meal was not very good.

the tv had a good selection of channels, acceptable.
The room was very warm. I had difficulty sleeping. i also found the hotel room and bed were not clean and tidy. these issues impacted my stay negatively.

The room was quite super clean and cozy. Facilities provided were great. staff members at reception were warm and lovely. They allowed us to store our bags. the pool, steam room and sauna were great, with towels provided. we also enjoyed starbucks, the bar and restaurant located in the hotel. but the food was bad.

solid stay with good amenities
helpful staff convenient bar excellent sauna early arrival
the staff was very helpful upon arrival. they allowed me to store my bags since i arrived early. the pool, steam room and sauna are excellent and towels are provided which is very useful. starbucks and the bar in the hotel were convenient for quick refreshments.
my room did lack air conditioning, a bit uncomfortable.

i liked my club room. access to the gym and pool was included. the gym featured good equipment. an 11 o'clock check out existed.
the shower caused a flood in the bathroom when i used it.
